This year, we will be at a new host hotel! Vendors can choose a booth inside the Captivate Room, or an all access booth in the corridor space between classrooms. Want more time at your booth? All access booths are open to attendees on your time, not just scheduled vendor time.
You’ll get three days of face-to-face access to your prime audience of an expected 300+ dance studio decision makers. We are also offering additional sponsorship opportunities to maximize your company’s exposure. All exhibitors with a booth will receive:

• Two (2) chairs and one (1) wastebasket
• Standard electrical connection

• Your logo will be front and center on the swag bag that is distributed to all attendees to hold their weekend goodies.

• Includes sponsored signage, a moment on the mic to address all attendees, and your own signature cocktail on the menu.
MASSAGE STATIONS (3 AVAILABLE) $750
• Energize attendees will feel rejuvenated when they stop by for a chair massage compliments of you! Sponsorship fee covers 1 day of massage station for attendees
