FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who can attend Energize? 

Energize is for attendees age 18+ who fall into the role of studio owner, office manager, or dance teacher at a dance studio or dance program. Alcohol is served at Energize events and attendees will need to show proof of identification if needed.


Will the classes be recorded? 

Energize classes and seminars will not be recorded
or distributed after the event.


What if I need a refund? 

Refunds are available by sending an email to events@revolutiondance.com. All refunds will be issued as RevCash on your Revolution account. Refunds must be requested more than 48 hours before the start of the event, any refunds requested within 48 hours of the start of the event will not

be processed. 


Where should I stay? 

Stay in the hotel where all exciting Energize events are hosted!  Book your stay at the The Westin Chicago Lombard with our discounted room rate by July 19.

Where should I fly into? 

The Westin Chicago is ideally located with access to both Chicago O’Hare (ORD) and Chicago Midway Airport (MDW) for your traveling convenience.

 

What should I wear? 

Dance Classes 

  • Be prepared for movement in dance class attire

Seminars + Learning Sessions 

  • Comfortable clothing or business casual, whichever you are most comfortable in

Friday Night Welcome Reception 

  • Come as you are! 

​

Saturday Night Collection Launch Party 

  • Dress to impress! This is the night to wear something fun and fancy 

What food is included? 

Your Energize ticket includes: 

  • Grab + Go Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday  

  • Appetizers and open bar during Friday's Welcome Reception  

  • Appetizers and open bar during Saturday's 2025 Collection Launch Party  

  • Lunch and sit-down meals will not be served

Are babies welcome? 

You are welcome to bring your newborn or nursing baby with to Energize, we'd love to have them join us! Please step out of the room if baby becomes fussy.
